A home is a place you should come back to. Not catch up on.
The Haus Keepers is a Denver house cleaning company built on the belief that time, trust and the same cleaner every visit are what make a home feel cared for.
A cleaning company that actually feels different.
The Haus Keepers cleans homes across the Denver metro. We have been serving Denver since 2018. Recurring cleans, deep cleans, move-in and move-out. The work itself is what every cleaning company says they do.
What's different is everything around the work. The same cleaner shows up to your home every visit. Our cleaners are vetted in five steps before they ever set foot inside a client's home. Our office team replies the way you'd want to be replied to. Our pricing is flat and transparent. Our promise is that if something isn't right, we come back and fix it.
None of that is revolutionary. It's just rare.
A clean home is the easy part. The trust is the hard part.
The same cleaner, every visit.
Most cleaning companies rotate cleaners through homes because it's easier on their end. We built ours the other way. Your cleaner learns your home, your preferences and your rhythm. They know your dog's name. The relationship shows up in the work.
Vetted like family is coming over.
A full background check, a reference deep dive, a face-to-face interview, five supervised cleans and verified liability insurance. About 1 in 10 applicants make it onto our roster. The vetting matches the level of trust we're asking you to give.
Plainspoken, start to finish.
Flat-rate pricing you can see on the booking page. No deposits. No surprise charges. A real person answers when you call. If something isn't right, we come back and re-clean it at no cost. Simple is its own kind of premium.
Tracey Nguyen · FounderThe story behind the work.
My name is Tracey Nguyen. I started The Haus Keepers in Denver in 2018.
Before that, I was working as an implementation manager. I spent months at a time on the road, building out hospital divisions, hiring teams, training them, then moving to the next city. The work was good and the people were good. But I was rarely home.
A few years into the job, my dad passed away. Some time after, my mom asked if I'd come with her to Vietnam to visit his grave. I told my company I needed the time. They told me I couldn't because we were in the middle of a rollout.
That was the moment I realized time is not something a job will ever give you. You have to build something that gives it back.
I quit. I started The Haus Keepers a few months later. The goal was a business that could run without me sitting in the middle of it so I'd have the freedom to be where I'm needed when I'm needed. And so the people who work with me could have the same.
My dad worked three jobs when we got to America. He didn't get the kind of time off that lets you go to your daughter's game or have a slow Saturday morning. I think about that when I think about my team. Our cleaners get unlimited time off. They get paid well enough to be home without stressing about money. If someone needs to be at school pickup, they go. The roster has each other's back. That part of the company isn't marketing. It's why the whole thing exists.
Several years in, the company looks different than it did when I started. We've grown, we've made mistakes, we've rebuilt. What hasn't changed is the reason it exists. Time is the rarest thing any of us has. A home that takes care of itself, a team that runs without me, an experience that doesn't ask the client to babysit it, that's what we're building.
Tracey Nguyen Founder, The Haus Keepers
This company is dedicated to my parents, who came to America with $20 in their pocket and built our family from it. Everything I know about hard work, I learned from them.
Four things we won't compromise on.
Time is the luxury.
A clean home is the deliverable. What we're really giving you is the hours of your weekend, the headspace at the end of a long day, the freedom to spend a Saturday however you want. The cleaning is in service of the time.
Relationships, not transactions.
The same cleaner every visit. A real person on the phone. Names remembered, preferences honored, follow-ups that come from someone who actually knows you. Service businesses that treat clients like clients tend to feel like one. We don't want to feel like one.
A team that stays.
The cleaners on our roster stay with us for years. They're professionals with families and lives outside this work and we treat them like partners, not staff. They get paid well enough to live without money stress. They take time off whenever they need it. No quotas, no guilt, no questions.
It shows up in the work. Someone who's taken care of cleans differently than someone who isn't. Most of the cleaners we've ever had to part ways with have come back asking for another chance. Some are now our most trusted on the roster.
Plain over polished.
No upsell scripts written for you in advance. No menus you have to decode. No fine print. We say what we mean, we charge what we said we'd charge and we come back if something isn't right. The way you'd want to be treated.
OUR PROMISE
Our Re-Clean Guarantee.
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it at no cost. No fine print, no exceptions. We'd rather come back and make it right than keep your money on a clean that didn't meet the standard.
